Top 10 All-Time Favorites!

Hello, my bookish friends!

This is a different topic than the usual Top 5 books because obviously, it’s Top 10! Most of the books that I am going to share here are probably the same books I’ve shared in other memes or in the same meme. Also, most of my all-time favorites are book series!

Top 5 Tuesday is a Weekly Meme hosted by the one and only Shanah @ Bionic Bookworm Blog! If you want to join too, check her Top 5 Tuesday – June topics here!

1. Harry Potter Series by J. K. Rowling

These two are my favorite edition of all-time too! This series is still on my book bucket list. Lol.

2. Noli Me Tángere (Touch Me Not) by José P. Rizal

A greatly known novel here in our country. This novel is written by our national hero, José P. Rizal. It depicts important aspects of our history.

Hunger Games

3. The Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins

One of my favorite series!!!! Well, I haven’t read all three books but I— don’t know what to say. I just love this series.

PS. I already watched the movies so I really expect that these books are way better than the movies. Lol

173839944. Divergent Series by Veronica Roth

Who wouldn’t love this series? It’s one of the best series I can recommend to new readers.

5. Percy Jackson and the Olympians Series by Rick Riordan

The series that has influenced me of wanting to become a demigod!

6. Curse Workers Series by Holly Black

White Cat is the first book (and series) I’ve read by Holly Black. I instantly fell in love with this author– from the writing style to the world building. Everything is just perfect!

34317. The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom

I remember reading this book when I was around 10 or 11. Until now, the story still lingers on my mind. Mitch Albom was one of my favorite ‘childhood’ authors because I grew up reading some of his books.

160549578. Para sa Hopeless Romantic (For the Hopeless ROmantic) by Marcelo Santos III

Another Filipino novel that has a special place in my heart. I bought the VERY FIRST version of this book because Marcelo Santos III was one of my favorite Filipino authors back then. Well, up to now he’s still one of them. Lol. I remember reading this book during those times when my boyfriend (still my boyfriend up to this day) and I decided to go on separate ways– only to realize that we were still in love with each other that time.

I’m just going to share these four novels in this series because I still haven’t read the succeeding books. I remember being so addicted to this series when I was in college. But now that I am here in the bookish community, most bookish bloggers that I have encountered don’t like this series. Because of this, I want to reread it again in the future.

The Selection Series10. The Selection Series by Kiera Cass

The reason I bought these books years ago is because of its cover! Lol. I know, it’s not a good habit and I’m trying to change it. But honestly, though, I don’t regret buying these because I enjoyed each book. 🙂

DISCUSSIONSThat’s it for today’s interesting topic!
